Accommodation, rental, Adelaide, Willunga, McLaren Vale, Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia, self catering, bed and breakfast, holiday, house, golf, beach, vinesTERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HOLIDAY LETTING Letting Period & Keys . The premises are let to guests for holiday purposes only for the period stated in correspondence, and are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival to 10.00 am on the day of departure. The keys must be returned to me at 23 Waverley Drive, Willunga South Australia 5172 by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Payment A deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% of the total tariff must be paid when the keys to the holiday property are collected. In some cases a bond is required to be held for the duration of the reservation period.
Cancellation If cancellation is necessary, the deposit will be refunded, provided that twenty eight days' notice of cancellation has been received. In all other instances, refund of the deposit will be subject to negotiation and will usually depend upon whether the property has been re-let after cancellation.
Conditions 1. Cutlery, crockery, linen, towels, blankets, duvets etc are supplied. All beach towels are to be provided by the guests making the reservation. In some cases (e.g. guests travelling from overseas or remote locations) such towels may be supplied. Advance notice is required in such instances.
2. Where a barbecue is provided, refilling of the gas bottle and cleaning of the barbecue are the responsibility of guests.
3. Upon departure, the premises must be left clean and tidy, curtains drawn and windows and doors locked. Please remove all garbage from the property.
4. All damages, breakages and/or losses to property and/or furniture and furnishings, locks and keys are to be reported to us and any reimbursement made immediately.
5. No responsibility is taken for guests' personal property that may be left on the premises.
6. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
7. The number of guest/occupants must not exceed the number of beds available.
8. No person on the premises shall be guilty of conduct that is a nuisance to adjoining or neighbouring properties and their occupiers.
9. Property descriptions in all advertising material and in response to telephone enquiries, are made in good faith. No responsibility can be accepted for errors, omissions or misdescription.
10. Pets allowed with prior arrangement only. |
